The "leak" comes from San Francisco-based Busted Loop. The company uncovered the information as part of a project that aims to help consumers find the best apps and e-books for all three mobile Apple devices. Busted Loop not only uncovered Apple's upcoming library, but other "sensitive information" as well.
They will face the Wrath of Jobs!!

I predict that they will allow the books to be purchased for a while and then pull off half of the books with no real apparent guidelines or no apparent equal judgment.

This will allow them to sell erotic material, makes lots of money, and then look like they made a good, big moral decision so they can still look good in the eyes of a family environment.

they don't call it an iPad for nothing.. the device will be tailored to women offering those female romance novels with iTunes offering lifetime movies at discount.

Porn and erotic romance are not the same thing. Porn is sex for sex's sake and erotic romance includes sex as part of the romantic relationship. Both have their place in a person's library. Not that there's anything in our Constitution that guarentees freedom of reading material...

To be honest, purchasers of each really get them for the same thing; to fill their mind with fantasies. It's just that "romance" almost exclusively markets towards older women, while more traditional, visual "porn" markets toward men. (and some younger women)

Well, keep in mind that the "Freedom of Speech" is rather broad, but is strictly applied to the government. Businesses are allowed to censor what they wish.

Why bother with erotica from Apple, just get the free Stanza Reader app and follow the instructions on the home page of Adult eBook Shop about reading ebooks on iPhone and iPod Touch. It's right at the top of the page. Works perfectly on my iPhone. Then just buy your erotic ebooks from any site. They have thousands available on that site. One warning Stanza does not work with Secure Mobipocket (ie DRM'd books) but its fine with almost all other formats. Enjoy!
