Application Error

Hello,
The application failed to initialize properly(0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the apllication.

I receive the following error message while running some applications like newgen.exe, UserTile.exe, etc. I performed some virus scans which fixed this problem but it has appeared again and is not getting fixed again.
