Solved! Apps smart tv

I have an Onkyo system with regulars HDMI ports, and a Samsung QLED with regular HDMI PORT AND HDMI ARC PORT.The regulars channel sound very good but the TV apps like Netflix or YouTube, we dont get any sound ..Some bady can help please.

Go into your TV menu, and SETUP/SYSTEM/AUDIO look for PCM/Surround, TOGGLE it see what happens.
