Aptio Utility Setup Loop

My laptop is having this problem that when I open it, it is going to aptio utility setup. Once I restore defaults then save and exit, it only goes back to this aptio utility setup. Please help me. My laptop is an asus x455l. Core i3 is win8. Thank you.

Based on SATA configuration

The SATA mode selection is only AHCI, and there is a Serial ATA Port 1. ATAPI CDROM Mathshita DVD-RAM and that's all in there.

so it cant find a boot drive and is entering the setup utility. I hope this is still under warranty as it sounds like you need a new harddrive. Did you make your windows recovery or restore disks when you got it?
