Solved! Are there lasting effects from system-warning ... .stream freezing computer?

Today I was going to go to crunchyroll.com but typed cruncyroll.com, it then redirected me to usd.quebec-bin.com then usd.zeroredirect11.com then system-warning-zxvl06z.stream a bunch of times until it stopped and brought up a page and froze my computer (picture below). I knew not to call that number and tried ctrl+alt+delete but after that didn't do anything, I powered off my computer.

I was wondering if there was anything I should do or if there may be anything that somehow got installed on my computer without me knowing it. I'm on the latest version of windows and latest version of chrome.

YOu went to a hostile site, but, odds are there were no 'drive-bys'...do a MalwareBytes scan....
