are these laptops good for gaming ?

My budget is below 500 and I just want to play games like Total war series, assasin creed, hitman absolution, Max Payne 3... at medium settings. The specs of these laptops look pretty good to but I'm no tech expert. If anyone know something cheaper and better please suggest to me. Thanks.

the toshiba satellite is your best bet

The Toshiba is the better laptop. Although the 740m GPU will only just about get Medium settings on the games you want to play. I'd recommend saving up more money and purchasing a laptop with a minimum of a 850m.

Both will not run anything on high. The Toshiba will run games better than the Lenovo.
