Are These Specs Good Enough?

Hey guys I just wanted to know if these specs for a laptop are good enough. I want to be able to play Minecraft on at least 30 fps while recording (fraps), and during a Skype call. Are these specs good enough? Any suggestions/feedback will be greatly appreciated.

That laptop is way too expensive for what you are getting.

I recommend the following Acer Laptop Aspire E5-572G-72M5 with a quad core i7-4712HQ CPU, 8GB of RAM and the more powerful nVidia 940m with 2GB of VRAM for $600, Anything below a nVidia GTX 960m is too weak to use more than 2GB of VRAM.
