as of 2 days ago outlook won't let me attach files or insert photos

as a few days ago, I am not able to attach files or insert photos into outlook emails to send

Run the Office Diagnostics or reinstall Outlook.

To run OD, open Outlook.
Click on Help >>> Office Diagnostics.
