Solved! Aser aspire 5570Z wont boot up

Hello,
when i turn on the laptop it won't load up. Then I get a blue screen that says "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage. disk.sys page_fault_in_nonpaged_area". what do I need? is there a copy of something I can download from the internet to fix this? the computer's safe mode or everything else on various screens I try doesn't work. HELP PLEASE, PLEASE!

Okay, open up the access panel for the RAM, take it out carefully, and clean the dust off, then re-insert it carefully... (you have to push to pins off the side to release the RAM).

Do the same for the hard drive... something is crashing, physically...
