Asphalt 8 only 48mbps

Why are Play Store games like Asphalt 8 only 48mb and after installing it downloads again...? Is it because I don't have enough space on internal storage?

No, those are just "extra" files needed to run the game. There is no way to make a game that detailed and complex fit into a package that's only 48mb, so that second download is just the game grabbing all the necessary graphics and resources needed to run it. Why they don't upload the full thing in the first place, I couldn't tell ya.
