Asphalt 9 on Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini?

Possible or not with Custom ROM? I don't have money for better (new) phone.

It's start but there is graphics problem. You need at least Quad Core CPU and better GPU for this game. Will it work on Samsung Galaxy S4 not Mini with Lollipop?

It's not working on Samsung Galaxy S4 too. I will use Android emulator for PC.
