Aspire 5570 Display Won't Turn On

Hi,
My friend's Acer Aspire 5570 is having a display issue . Every time I turn the laptop on the display won't turn on. I've tried to remove the RAM, including replace it with mine, still doesn't solve it.

The last time I successfully boot is when I'm accessing safe mode to try performing a malware scan, before I can do anything the WIndows displaying "Windows has encountered a critical problem and will restart automatically in one minute. Please save your work now." message. After that, I get stuck on the display issue.
