Solved! ASPIRE 5734Z-4836 Graphics card

I am looking for a ASPIRE 5734Z-4836 graphics card that would be good enough to play something like starcraft 2. What would you recommend, and how would i know if it is capatable with my laptop?

It has Intel GMA 4500MHD card,which is a low-end card and not recommended for gaming.
So you can play SC2 on low settings/resolution.

Would i be able to upgrade or buy/install a different graphics card? If so, what would you recommend?

No you can't.There are only few laptops(such as some Sager/AW models) that allow GPU upgrades.
