In the past couple of days, I've been having issues with my computer, and I recently realized that it was likely as a result of my graphics card (GT 540M). The control panel wouldn't open, and other things were a little awry. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled the nVidia drivers for the card, to no change (the control panel wouldn't work, and my game was using integrated graphics). After an uninstall using Display Driver Uninstaller as an aid to completely uninstall, I reinstalled the drivers (also to no avail). When I went into the device manager, it had the graphics card (not integrated graphics, just nVidia) disabled, under Code 43 (which, from what I've read, really tells me nothing). So, as a last ditch effort, I downloaded the nVidia drivers from the Acer website - without success. I would primarily like to know if this is a hardware or software issue (if possible), and if there's a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
