Question Assurance wireless ACK2326 Boots to black dim black screen

I doubt anyone can help but thought I would try. Have a ACK2326 phone that went to a black screen after an android update on 06/01/2023. Tried to hold both power+up & power+down as well as power by itself to try and get into recovery but nothing comes up. It does turn on and responds to fingerprint touching (not that doing that will help) but stays at a black screen even though its on, Is there any way to flash or recover this phone?
