ASUS 510J Too Much Lagging

Hi there! I have a ASUS 510J Gaming Laptop. And my problem is that when I start playing games, It lags too much. But when I plug-in the charger. The game-play is in normal movement. But after playing for 30 minutes, my laptop freezes. how do I solve this?

And also does this model have some issues after they released it?

Have you tried changing some settings in Power Management of Nvidia?

If it will still not work, I would suggest doing a clean install of the graphics card driver as well.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.

- Reboot the laptop once the latest drive has been installed then test it again.
