How to fix my ASUS A541S? When i press the power button then its stuck on screen logo "ASUS IN SEARCH OF INCREDIBLE"... Please hel me ASAP...

Can you get into BIOS? If so, you may want to see what the primary boot device for your laptop is and if your HDD is shown within BIOS's boot options. Do you hear any audible click from the HDD? If so then it's possible that the drive may be on it's way out.
