asus a550jx overheating

my asus a550jx has gtx 950m ddr3 4gb and i7 4720hq. since 1 year i used to play games casually.recently i montored and found cpu temperature was hitting 99c randomly..but most of the time in the range of 87 to 92c. gpu temperature alomst 85 to 87. but i felt it oke.then asus service center taken my issue they changed mother board and cleaned cpu fan newly thermal pasted.so gladly i return back and checked using msi afterburner and 3 different apps.everthing showing 98 99c sky rocketing randomly.but most of times in 87 90 range.but assasins syndicate always 96 most of the time.so i again contact with service center.they opened laptop everything in front of me .newly applied thermal [paste was healthy for me they again done thermal pasting,passed all hardware test reassured me and said only worried if you encounter thermal shutdown.but i am worried about life span of my laptop.what can i do now is decreasing cpu turbo boost.but it affected on fps .
mm..pls suggest what would be the reason for such high temperature !!

Next thing to try would be a laptop cooling fan / cooling pad. They are pretty much available anywhere.

thanks i hear about vacuum cooler..will it be effective to lower temperature by atleast 10 degree celcius?

If your going to go with a Vacuum cooler, Opolar LC05 Laptop Cooler with Vacuum Fan is one of the better ones.
