Asus A550L boot stuck at black screen

Hi,

I'd just reboot my lptop after uninstall skinpack and then it's stuck at the black screen for a long time, i restarted it but it came with the same result

Please help me, there are many data in my laptop!!

Does it POST? Are you able to reach the BIOS? Have you tried booting in Safe Mode?
