ASUS Battery problem

My ASUS laptop is about 1 year old and the battery won't hold a charge. Is there a way to "reset" it or must it be replaced? Is this about a normal life span? If it needs replacement, can you give me instructions? Thank you

You just need a new battery buddy. The life of battery depends on their usage. Get out your battery from the laptop and take it to some ComputerShop. You will buy a new one and replace it (its insane simple). Try to keep your battery life with discharge ( 0% battery ) and charge it full once per week.
