Asus bios could not boot from both cd and hard drive

i need a help to solve my problem
all is about my asus bios
when i try to boot the machine it tell me file i386/biosinfor.inf can not boot because of an error code is 32768

Sounds as if the file is corrupted. I've heard of this happening with pirated copies (I'm not accusing you of this). Try resetting the bios to defaul or fail safe and give it another shot.
