asus book transformer t100 problem

my asus book t100 fails to download anything from the downloader of google chrome it only starts then fails to continue the download and if it succeeds it takes a long time also has a slow performance generally on the internet
any Ideas ?

It may not be the computer but your internet connection. Try a different browser first and see if you get the same problem.
