ASUS FX553vd PERFORMANCE problem

Hi guys i have the fx553vd model of ASUS. it has the 4gb gtx1050.
i recently started facing fps drops in game which increased drastically. Usually CSGO starts at 130-140 fps and Pubg at 100 fps and then 5-10 minutes into the game ...the fps drops to 40-50 and 10-20 respectively..... checked the temps using coretemp and saw 85 degrees around each core with (!) sign after it. also saw that the cpu speed was at 1.7ghz instead of 3ghz+. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT PLS? ANY HELP OR INSIGHT will be highly appreciated

Hi guys,
I recently formatted my laptop and have been getting low fps ever since...not that i was getting superb fps earlier but was manageable earlier....getting 80-90 fps with drops in csgo on high settings Full HD and reducing graphics settings doesnt affect performance much. Getting 50 fps in very low in pubg with drops...used to get 100 fps earlier. Also, getting Blue screen errors saying Video tldr failure sometimes. The fps used to be low before formatting also...but it was manageable so didnt bother much. here are my laptop's specs :
2.8GHz Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor
Nvidia GTX 1050 4 gb
8 gb ram

Any solutions regarding the same? tried reinstalling nvidia drivers...didnt help. formatted once already...so do i need to do a fresh start again? Pls help me out as the fps drops are getting worse day by day -,-
