Asus G74SX or MSI GT683R

Hello,

I have been searching for a new gaming/desktop replacement laptop to purchase. Currently, I'm debating whether to get the Asus G74SX-XT1 (http/www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=637440&CatId=4938) or the MSI GT683R-242US (http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152266). Can somebody offer input on which laptop they feel would perform better/last longer? No need telling me the specs, I can read them quite well.

If i were you ill choose MSI. I tested both and what i liked about the asus was the design but its all plastic, even the back exhausts. Also it dosent have num lock and it is really really big. What i like about the msi is the keyboard and the features like the P1 button and the fan speed button. I finally bought the 780 and im pretty happy with it
