I have a asus g751 g sync laptop with 24gb ram and gtx 980m.
As much as I love the performance and screen on this thing, I miss a proper keyboard and monitor.

My question is how will this thing perform on a regular 24" monitor? And what about G-sync, how will that work?
Should I just stick with the laptop monitor?
All comments appreciated

In order for G-Sync to work, you'd need to get a G-Sync enabled monitor; standard monitors will not support G-Sync. Not an issue if you aren't worried about that, but it does add to the cost of the monitor. You might also struggle to find many 24" monitors with G-Sync since it's more common at the 27"+ range.
