Question Asus GL533VD is running very slow!

As mentioned in the title, my laptop is very slow especially when i run a game, idk what's wrong with it? today i ran BF V and it even didn't let me to join the game because of lagging, sometimes when i run the task manager, the disk appears 100% and the memory too.
I'm gonna buy a new parts, so I'm asking you what is it causing this slowness ?

another thing is that there's something wrong with the voice, idk what to call it, but it seldom happens, it's like stuttering, for example : when there's a voice starts with the word "Mention", the voice will become like this "MMMMMMention", sometimes happens when there're explosions or when there's no voice for a long time then suddenly starts.

Performances :
CPU : Intel Core i7-7700HQ ( 2.8 GHz )
GPU : Nvidia GTX 1050 (4GB)
HDD : HGST Travelstar 5K1000 2.5" 1TB
RAM : 8GB SODIMM DDR4

How hot is your CPU and GPU getting while gaming? How full is your HDD?

I've just tested the CPU's temprature and it's ( in a warn room ) :

in a cold room :

GPU's temprature is 50 °C .

about the HDD there's 787 GB free out of 1TB

The CPU is getting quite warm and could be throttling to protect itself from damage. Have you blown the dust from your fan openings recently?

Yes, I saw the video. Does this happen with all games, or just this one?

Also, have you scanned your system for malware/viruses lately?

It happens with all highly graphical games, it also happened with GTA V.
I've tested GTA:SA and it works perfectly, idk what's the problem? when i open the Task Manager the disk usage appears 100% and the Memory is about 85 - 95% < maybe it's because of that? When i play BF 5 on LOW graphics i couldn't even move because of the lagg !

And yes i do have scanned my Laptop just now and nothing changed.
