asus k53sm+Window 10 = No more NOT CHARGING, when plugged in & 100% available

asus k53sm. While having Windows 7/8/8.1 I had X% available& (plugged in, not charging) when X where greater than a certain (big) amount.

Now, under Windows 10, I have 100% available (plugged in, CHARGING)

As i know, this go to a prematurelly aging of the battery.
 
Solution
Different environmental factors can lead to changing battery estimates, which include different algorithms in use by operating systems as well. You can try recalibrating your battery by charging it to 100%, then unplugging it, rebooting your laptop, and then leaving it at the BIOS screen until the battery drains. Charge it back to full again after this. This should reset the battery firmware and give you a more accurate battery level readout.
