Asus Laptop Battery Problems

Alright, so I've got a Asus laptop. The battery will only charge if I disconnect it and reboot the system with the AC adapter. If I plug in the adapter before the battery dies it won't register the adapter.

RMA if under warranty
amazon for new battery if you think it's worth it

Just buy a new a battery, it's not worth the hassel

No, sadly, it's no longer under warranty. My only worry about buying a new battery has been that it's not the battery, but I'll start there.
