Asus laptop blinking battery indicator

Hello. I have an Asus G73JW. The battery light indicator recently started blinking between green and orange (as if the battery running low). However, the laptop is plugged in and shows 100% power. If I unplug, the battery is shown to be fully charged. Thoughts? Thanks.

run laptop on battery until it get down al least 50 % on power then plug in the ac to charge her and see what happens .
