Asus laptop is stuck on startup (need help FAST!)

My Asus laptop (Windows 10, Intel Core 13) is stuck on the Asus logo upon startup, switching between preparing automatic repair and just the loading circle upon every hard shut down. I tried the BIOS screen, don't know what to do. I opened it up to check for problems, found nothing out of the ordinary. I need help FAST I have a lot of important stuff on there.

Only fast way to get stuff out without reinstalling windows is getting hdd out and from another computer copy data or using some live linux to copy data from drive to flash.

Either get friend who knows what to do and he will fix it for you, or you can try to get into safe mode, copy data you need and restore your system.
