ASUS laptop keep restarting after new RAM installed.

Hi I have got a ASUS K52JC laptop that is with 4GB of RAM (2x2GB) and I wanted to upgrade it to 8GB which is the max of the laptop can handle. I have check the same DDR3 1333 and 1.5v RAM and then after I insert the RAM the laptop will takes me to ASUS log and then starting windows then it randomly restarts over and over can't get into system. I went to the BIOS setting and I can see the RAM is 8GB but just can't boot the system. Please help thank you.

Yes, I have checked it and it has the same specs as my two old ones and I can see them from BIOS

Yes, fits fine. Tried to reinstall system it didn't work it also restarts when it's on starting windows page

Yes, brand new out of the box with no damage.

Your laptop spec - http://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/K52JC/specifications/ - says "DDR3 1066 MHz SDRAM, 2 x SO-DIMM socket for expansion up to 8 G SDRAM"
So I think you got incompatible ram.

Same here that was what I'm thinking as well; therefore I took out the RAM that was in the laptop and it says "Asint DDR3 2GB-1333 SSZ3128M8-EDJ1D" weird...

I'd try 1066 - if you can find it.
