asus laptop keyboard dont show some letters

when typping the letters R T 4 5 F V and (8 appears a symbol and some other number) dont appear anything on my asus laptp i need help! im using the keyboard on screen and i checked for viruses thers none please help

Those keys aren't working on your integrated keyboard? The keyboard likely needs to be replaced.

If those keys aren't working on the on screen keyboard, that's a software hang up that might be fixed via an update or a factory reset.

They aren't working on my actual keyboard not on the screen but they were working they just showed other letters and now doesn't work. But my keyboard can't be substituted the letters are individual...

You can get a replacement keyboard on ebay. Just type in the make and model followed by keyboard.
