Asus laptop keyboard is messing up.wrong characters appear when pressing some buttons

for instance when i press the letter A it just types AD and a space button.but only some letters do that.I tried turning off the numlock and scroll lock but still nothing works.If i press the function button on the letters that dont work properly then they wont appear at all.If i use an usb keyboard they work.What can i do to fix it myself i dont want to pay to get it fixed.

There is nothing you can do to repair a lappy kb other than checking the ribbon cable is plugged in properly underneath it - to the mainboard. Other than purchasing a replacement part using an external kb is the only simply fix.
