Question asus laptop keyboard random stoped working

my laptop asus x441u some times, the keyboard is work but sometimes not, when i try changing the driver from default(PC/AT Enhanced PS/2 keyboard (101/102-key)) to PC/AT PS/2 keyboard (84-key) it works for a while until it reboot?
what do you think the source of the problem?

im currently windows 10 version 1903

Hey did you get a resolution for this issue ?
I have a very similar problem where-in my keyboard stops working randomly. Sometimes a simple restart fixes it whereas sometimes if i uninstall the device from device manager it works. Since this morning i cannot locate it on the device manager as well.

My asus laptop ROG keyboard randomly stops working after i connect it to the internet and then the problem persists.
