Asus laptop shut down and wont start up, please help!

My Asus laptop suddently shut down while i was using it, now everytime i try to turn it on it starts up for 2 to 20 sec and then it just shuts down.

I sometimes get to the Windows loading screen thats the furdest i have gotten.

PLEASE HELP!

Try pulling the battery and power plug - then hold the power button in for 30 seconds or so, plug it in and give it a try

Yeah if what tradesman said doesnt work, look up how to reset the cmos on your laptop and do that.
