Asus Mini Laptop 1215B E-350

I recently shortlisted Asus Laptop 1215B-E350 Brazo 12.1" for lightweight for my daytoday outworks. But before buying I am confused from many comments that asus track pad mouse are problematiic due to stiff board. new OS installing are not easy.and asus services are not so good. Can a person share his experience if anyone using this particular machine. please suggest
