asus q502L doesn't turn on

I have this laptop for couple mounth, it stais on the table always... today I tryed to turn it on and it was running for couple minutes then became dead... I can't turn it on, even charger light is not working when is plugged in... any ideas?

Is the adapter light lit when only the charger is plugged into the wall and not the laptop, once plugged into the laptop the adapter light goes out?

if you ask about AC adapter, it works on similar device, i tested it, I am software engeener, and this laptop was used without any abuses, no water, no dirt, it have just couple mounth...

I ask about that behavior since it would indicate a short somewhere. The most common place is the power jack but with the laptop being new, I would look to RMA/exchange it rather than attempt a repair.

yes but I bought it from US and I am living in Europe, so trying to change it might be problematic. Anyway, I 'll try to open it, hope is nothing serious...

after couple days, trying to find time to give my laptop to service centre, just tryed to turn it on one more time and it works

I do 't have any ideas what this means and how should I do to evitate this scenario again...
