ASUS Q504U - wifi drops

My new Asus Q504U keeps dropping off the wifi. We have had Frontier out four times in the past 30 days.

Husband's computer hardwired into Frontier internet. Once I get on wifi, I drop off wifi and he starts dropping too.

My computer does not have issues outside of the house.

Frontier has replaced the modem twice and says the problem is my computer.

BestBuy/Geek Squad had no issues with computer and wifi dropping issues.

I don't even know where to start looking for a solution.

It may well not be your computer or the modem but the actual internet connection.

Have you tried running (on both computers) connection monitoring software so you can see exactly what happens?
