Asus Q551L Wont hold a charge

Is there anyway to tell what's wrong? Because mine is able to get a charge, but it's doesn't seem to want to, moving seems to disconnect the charge and I have to get it into a specific position to charge. I bought a new all plugs charger for it and it does the same with new and old chargers

It could be the battery or even the battery connections. A battery that is going bad will not hold a charge, or will say it is but it isn't.
