asus rog shut down problem

as i shut down my laptop, it takes more than 5mins and the result is an error that requires the system to be restart. after restart, i am able to shut down my laptop in 2 mins. i dont know what is the error that my laptop indicates.

it doesn't tell the error.its just a big sad face then telling that windows encountered a problem while shutting down.

the error is driver_power_state_failure

the error occurs when i uncheck the fast boot option in power settings.
