Asus ROG751: Short blue screen on Start-up

Hi all,

Just bought a Asus Rog751 and everything seemed normal.

But when I now boot it, a few seconds after the initial logo appears and loads, I get a short 1/2 second glitchy blue screen before getting on the log screen for windows 10.

Not that it leads to any kind of crash and everything seems to work fine after that but I would still like to solve the problem. I've looked the issue up and people seem to be getting a full on crash when that happens on boot which isn't the case for me so far.

Would anyone have any ideas for resolving this?

ps: my OS is installed on a SSD and has a complementary HDD

Hi,

Actually a lot of people using Windows 10 are having this problem with their PC where they will get multiple BSOD. But try doing some of these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to open Windows Update and install all important update there is.
- Make sure to install all latest driver for your Graphics and Network card.
- Lastly, is to run a virus/malware clean up

Sorry for the long response, I've begun following your advice so I'll let you know how it goes.
