Asus RX510IU GPU

I am having fps issues and i'm pretty sure it is because my laptop is using the wrong GPU even though i set my laptop to maximize performance no matter what? Could there be any program blocking me from using the RX 460 instead of the integrated AMD R7 chip-set in there?

it sometimes, depends on your loading condition to determine the best deivce to use from display.
Also. try to use reinstall display driver from the laptop manufacture instead of AMD and turn off updates.
