Asus s500c is stuck in Temporary sign in

My Asus is currently stuck in temporary sign in and im not able to have any data. This is due to a failed ram installtion. Since then, i have removed the ram. But im still in tempoary sign in. After spending hours on the ASUS tech support line I was not able to get help.

Does anyone know how to restore administrator settings?

Factory Restore your laptop.

have you tried a system restore or last known good working configuration in the safe mode menu?

I've tried system restore, but it mentioned that there was no previous restore point. And I tried to run as administrator and making another account but I am unable to sign in the new account I made.

Lastly how do I back up user settings for a windows 8.1 system?
