Asus S510UN not get power at first use

Hi I have bought an asus s510un today from a tech store. unboxed it at home. At first it was good and tray icon was showing as it is being charged. But after couple of hours computer shut down and did not power back on. While plugged charging adapter there are no sign of getting power. I have another universal Charging adapter using with other asus laptop I have nad it also can't power s510un. I could not Find a hole to ESD battery. So What should I do? Battery is embded and I am not sure what happens if I remove back cover to remove battery and try to power device directly with adapter.

If it is that new, take it back and have them exchange it.
