Asus Transformer Pad Infinity or Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, I am trying to decide between these 2 devices. Which one would you recommend and why? Would there be any advantage with going with the Galaxy Note 10.1 being that i currently have a Galaxy S3?

I currently have a galaxy S3, would that make a difference in which tablet I choose, as well as the continuity b/w the my phone and tablet? would it be better to get the Note 10.1 over the Asus transformer Infinity for those reasons?
