Question Asus Tuf Gaming FX205 DT do not turn on

dear sir, i have purchased a new asus tuf gaming laptop fx505 dt but it is not turning on after asus in search of incredible nothing is happening i cant even go to bios or recovery options, its totally stucked on asus logo and nothing is happening... please help me

If this is a new device you need to take it back to where you go it from and have them give you a correctly working device. No new device should give you any problems.

sir i have purchased a new device last Thursday and last Saturday i replaced my device because of the same problem and again the same Removed happened to me, what should i do now, am i eligible to replace it again...
