I was working on it with my supervisor he said my "protection from virus" has 5 different programs of itself running . So I deleted it and there is also a tune up of it as well. But it won't uninstall
And now I have the black screen with the white mouse and I am letting it load and its trying load ...any ideas ? Should I continue to try to deleted the tune up ? And anything I can do to speed it up ?

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

Press Windows logo key Windows logo key+I on your keyboard to open Settings. If that doesn't work, select the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen, then select Settings.
2. Select Update & security > Recovery.
3. Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
4. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
5. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

Recovery options in Windows 10...
Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to test the laptop in Safe Mode with Networking and see if it will work or not.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode with Networking.
- Once loaded and if it's faster compare to the normal mode, run a complete virus/malware scan. Use the link below for the complete guide and tools.
- Once done, reboot your laptop and it should load back into the normal mode.
- If the same problem will persist I would suggest just resetting Windows to factory settings that should help a lot.
