Asus won’t load past logo

I have a Asus laptop windows 10, when I turn it on it won’t load past the Asus logo it keeps restarting itself and running. but NEVER goes past the screen it will let me go into the BIOS but I don’t know what to do once I’m their - some one please help me

It’s basically new I got it this year

You don't have a receipt of any sort? Anything in your email? Order confirmations?

It tells me the model nd it also says " notebook pc Q302"

Apologies, I can't help you with this. Perhaps try calling customer support about it at asus.com?

(P.S if they solve the problem it'd be cool if you could tell the solution because I'd like to know too )
