Hello, i have started for the 1st time my asus x205ta. It asked the normal questions name address where you live etc. I live in France but i got a english asus because the keyboard difference.Now it says "wait a moment" i have now been waiting for 12 hours and e-mailed asus support group. What do i do now????
If it's a new laptop it's covered by the manufacturer's warranty so you need to contact Asus Customer Services and tell them about your laptop problem. You need to speak to someone at Acer, email is no good for your particular problem as many emails go unanswered.
