I assume that when you login to your system, it freezes. You are not able to select any applications and the keyboard doesn't work. If that is the situation follow the steps given below:
1. Power drain
2. Update BIOS
3. Delete all temp files
4. Check in safe mode whether its working or not (If the same issue occurs in safe mode, it could be hardware issue else its a software issue)
5. Restore to a previous point when it was working fine (if its a software issue)
